These terms govern your use of https://sarvataschakras.com (the “site”) and any report you buy from Sarvatas Chakras. The site is operated by Converseio Private Limited, Mumbai, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report or create an account. You may order a report for a child or another family member if you are their parent or guardian or have their permission to share their birth details with us.

2. What we offer

• Daily chakra (free): today's windows, calculated on the site from the birth details you enter.
• Monthly (₹251, “1 month + 1 month free”, 60 days): daily timing by email and WhatsApp for 60 days, plus two 30-day Monthly reports — the first when you buy and the second emailed automatically when month 2 starts — each dated to the minute for your chart. English only. (Weekly reports are no longer sold; orders already placed are delivered as bought.)
• Quarterly (₹551, 180 days): daily timing by email and WhatsApp for 180 days, plus six 30-day Monthly reports — the first when you buy, then one emailed automatically every 30 days. English only.
• Yearly (₹1,111, 365 days): daily timing by email and WhatsApp for 365 days, your full-year Nakshatra-Based Astrological View with written readings (available in several languages), plus twelve 30-day Monthly reports — the first shortly after you buy, then one emailed automatically every 30 days. The Monthly reports are in English only. (A Yearly report bought before the daily timing and Monthly reports were added is delivered as it was bought.)

Each report is a personalised digital PDF, emailed to you and available from your account. Nothing is shipped physically. Every purchase is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Please read the Disclaimer to understand what a report is and isn't.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Converseio Private Limited's GSTIN is 27AANCC7089F1Z6.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. If we cannot deliver a paid order, we refund it in full.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been paid for.

3A. Credits

• You can buy a pack of credits from your account and use them to pay for reports on this site. One credit is worth one rupee of the report price. A pack may include bonus credits, shown before you pay.
• GST is charged on the pack price when you buy the pack, and the pack payment is the taxable supply. Paying for a report with credits is not a new payment and adds no further tax.
• Credits are a prepaid voucher for our own services only. They are not money, earn no interest, cannot be refunded, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Credits expire 12 months after the pack is bought. Unused credits lapse on that date. When you spend credits, we use those that expire soonest first.
• Credits pay for a whole report. A report cannot be paid partly with credits and partly by card or UPI.
• If your account is closed for fraud under section 11, any credits in it lapse.

4. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone who can open the link can open your account. Your account shows your orders and reports, and lets you save family members' birth details and ask for corrections.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate birth details: name, date, exact time and place. The report is calculated only from what you enter.
• Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break into it, overload it, copy it with automated tools, or use it to harass anyone.

6. Nature of the reports

Reports are for personal reflection and spiritual guidance only. They are not predictions of certain outcomes, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. They are produced automatically by software, and the Yearly report's written readings are drafted with AI. The Disclaimer explains this in full.

7. Corrections, cancellations and refunds

These are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: a report is not refundable once delivered, but we fix our own mistakes free of charge, and we re-issue a report once, for free, if you entered a birth detail wrong and tell us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual property

The site, report designs, text, artwork and software belong to Converseio Private Limited. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with your family, but you may not sell, republish or use it to offer a service to others.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide the site and reports with reasonable care, but on an “as is” basis, without any promise about outcomes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at our payment, email or hosting providers. If a paid report cannot be delivered, we will refund it.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used fraudulently. Reports you have already paid for remain yours unless the payment itself was fraudulent.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. Changes apply from that date and never to orders already placed.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Grievance officer
