Delivery Policy

Sarvatas Chakras sells digital reports only. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your report

• After a successful payment, your report is calculated and prepared automatically, then emailed as a PDF to the address you gave at checkout.
• It is also saved in your account, where you can view or download it again at any time. Sign in with the same email address.

How long it takes

• Monthly reports: the first usually within a few minutes of payment; the second is emailed automatically when month 2 starts, 30 days later.
• Annual report: usually within 60 minutes, because its written readings take longer to prepare.
• If a report has to be rebuilt, it can take up to 24 hours. If that happens, we email you.

You can follow progress on your order page, using the link shown after payment and in your confirmation email.

Not received?

First check your spam or promotions folder for an email from [email protected], and check your account page. If the report isn't there within 24 hours, write to [email protected] with your order ID. If we can't deliver it, we refund you in full (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
