Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Sarvatas Chakras account, which you use on this website and in the Sarvatas Chakras Android app. Both are run by Converseio Private Limited.

How to ask

1. Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you only use WhatsApp sign-in, give the mobile number you sign in with.
2. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete the account within 7 days and tell you when it is done.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account; please write to us.

What we delete

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• Your birth details and those of any family members saved to your account.
• Your readings, reports and email or WhatsApp delivery settings.

What we have to keep

Tax invoices and payment records for paid orders are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (GST records for about six years), then deleted. They hold the order, amount and buyer name, not birth details. An encrypted nightly backup may hold your data for up to 30 more days before it is overwritten.

To delete only some data, such as one family member, write to the same address and say what to remove. See our privacy policy for more.
